With deep sadness on a beautiful fall morning, we share the peaceful passing of Cheryle Lynne Chatfield on Saturday, October 12, 2019, the beloved wife of Randall Dean Chatfield and loving mother to daughter, Amber Daley (Shawn), and son, Joseph (Joey) Hullings (Chantel).

Cheryle was born in Salt Lake City on January 24, 1961 to Joel Allred and LaNae Olsen. Married Randy Chatfield on August 31, 2002.

Cheryle was a stylish girl and loved getting her hair and nails done. She enjoyed pedicures, Diet Coke, and road trips to St. George and Wendover. Randy and Cheryle’s love story was unique and surprising to say the least, but it endured for over twenty-four years. She was Randy’s sweetheart and he was the love of her life. They were truly each other’s best friend. Having married a little later in life they recently celebrated their seventeenth anniversary. She loved her children and spoke proudly about her grandchildren at family gatherings.

She had a huge heart and at the core of that strong beating heart was a natural caregiver. For two years, she cared for her father until his passing in 2016, which was a profound personal loss for Cheryle. With no expectations and never a word of complaint, she simply did what was asked of her and did everything in her power to get the job done. We deeply miss her and will be forever grateful for her unselfish devotion, love and care to others.

Survived by her husband, Randall Chatfield; children, Amber and Joseph (Joey); many grandchildren; niece; nephew; and sister, Jolene ParDee. Preceded in death by her father, Joel E. Allred; and mother, LaNae Olsen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive (1450 East), Millcreek, with a viewing to be held at the same location on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the services on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow.
