He is the third son of Joseph Bradbury Tittensor and Chloe Ann Handy. He also has a younger brother. He married 15th of October 1927 to Ella Irene Leavitt b. 1910 but they were later divorced. In 1945 he was married to Barbara Parker Sidwell who was a widow with two grown children. They lived happily in Ogden I believe on 22nd street until he died. She continued in the home until it was purchased by the city for a shopping mall.
