SCOTTSDALE – Bewley Smith, 81, of Scottsdale, who was employed by Martori Farms in Harquahala Valley for 27 years, died July 3, 1982, in his home.
Mr. Smith was born in Oklahoma and moved to Arizona from Oklahoma in 1941. He worked for the Roadrunner Truck Stop for 14 years.
Survivors include his wife, Rillie; three daughters, Mabel Wolf, Berniece Johnson and Jody Pais; one brother and two sisters; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Green Acres Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri.
