Willie Viola Brown of Congress died Tuesday, July 27, 1993, at Wickenburg Community Hospital. She was 85.

Mrs. Brown was born Jan. 27, 1908, in Porum, Oklahoma. She had lived in Arizona for 40 years.

She lived in Wickenburg until the late 1980s when she moved back to Oklahoma for three years. Then she came back to reside in Congress.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her son, Buck Brown, of Camp Verde and Wickenburg; daughters Billie Berry of Congress and Clyta Randolph of Prescott Valley; brother, Wade Smith of California; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Moscoe in 1989.

Services will be held at Wickenburg Funeral Home Thursday, July 29, 1993, at 10 a.m.
