Services are pending, and will be announced by Smith Funeral Home.

The pallbearers will be Lee Toney, Bill Brewer, Herschel Hastetter, Harold Boyne, Carl Linebarger, and Bob Parkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Clayton Duckworth, Kenneth Carnes, and Carl Sample.
