In Loving Memory of our dear mother Martha Kaney Rutland who passed this life on her birthday the 27th day of December 2006. My friends we beg your kind attention. It is our dear mother we speak of now. she has passed this life and left us but to God's holy will we do bow. We thank God she did not suffer,and He does with the just remain. Just before the time she left us. She to us these words did say. My children it seems God has alotted that I must leave you now and what he wills cannot be blotted, so do not morn when I am gone. But if it be that I must leave you, grant these small but firm request. Please be good and take care of each other. Be kind to all those around you and serve the Lord with gentleness and when I'm gone, please remember all your grief won't bring me back. My dear friends in Christ, I hope you will remember me, and for me will often pray and may God's peace be with you all, until we meet on judgment day.
