Edgar Crook and Laverne Zeigler were married Wednesday at the Bethlehem parsonage. After visiting friends and relatives a few weeks they will occupy the Hall property east of town. - Mt. Clare Correspondent.

CHARLES EDGAR CROOK

Was born June 28, 1885, in Richardson county (sic), Nebr.; died March 8, 1920, at Mt. Clare, aged 34 years, 8 months, 10 days. Twelve years ago last January he was married to Miss LaVerne (sic) Zeigler and to this union were born four daughters. He accepted Christ at a revival meeting held in Unity Evangelical church (sic) twelve years ago. Besides the wife and children, he leaves father, mother, four brothers and two sisters to mourn his death. The funeral service was conducted at the home by Rev. V.E. Shirley and interment was made in the Nelson Cemetery Wednesday Wednesday afternoon.
