T.J. Ball passed away on August 19, 2019 at age 79, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on December 23, 1939 in Hillsboro, Texas to his parents, George and Clara Ball. T.J married the love of his life in February of 1962 and together they shared one son, Van who they loved more than anything. He had an unwavering love for his wife, Bettie and worshiped the ground she walked on. He retired in 1990, after 31 years of working for Sears Linehaul. After his retirement, he spent 8 years at home with his wife, Bettie doing honey do’s, He later went to work part-time for Home Depot and worked in his family’s construction business in Hillsboro. T.J. was a family man and was a man of his word. His handshake was his bond. The love that he had for other people would out weight the love of himself. He enjoyed spending time in south Texas at his deer lease he had for over 45 years and spending quality time and fellowship with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones.

T.J. ball is survived by his loving wife, Bettie Hines Ball; son, Van Ball; brother, George Albert Ball and his wife Linda and sister-n-law’s, Ernestine McMahan and Claudette Hines.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Bobby Lee Ball, Mary Jeanette Epder and Doyle Glenn Ball.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas. Interment will follow at Old Brandon Cemetery in Brandon, Texas.
