Adolf was the son of Robert Weise, b. 1867 in Germany and Pauline, b. June 1872, Germany. His parents married about 1888. He was a part of a large family and the children were: Albert, b. Dec 1889; Bertha, b. 1894; Ida, b. Dec 1896; Adolf, b. Oct 20, 1897; Martha, b. abt 1904; Lara (?)b. abt 1907; Ella b. abt 1909; Clara, b. abt 1913; Mary b. abt 1913; Willie b. abt 1915; Freida (?) b. abt 1917; and Edward, b. Sept. 1899. Adolf married Renate Milly Lina Thaler, daughter of Frederick Wilhelm (Willy)Thaler and Albertine Ernestine Unnasch, on the 22 January 1921, Milam County, Texas. They had one son, Obie Eddy Weise, b. November 6, 1922. He died August 5, 2000.
