He was born on April 3, 1955 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN to Florian Goble and Norma Jean Dryden Ballard. James was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church and was retired from Arvin-Meritor as a machinist. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was quite a jokester.
