ARCHDALE--Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Jarrett Ijames Clifton Stone, of Hazel Ave., died on October 7, 1993, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sechrist Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tim Huffman. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Born in Randolph County, daughter of Milton and Cora Varner Jarrett. She is a retired employee of Allen Jay School, where she was the cafeteria supervisor. She married Lawrence E. Ijames, who died in 1943. In 1952, she married Bernice Edward Clifton, who died in 1968. On July 22, 1976, she married Ray Stone, who died on September 17, 1993. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Nancy LaRue Ijames of Conroe, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Marie Orzuk, of Texas, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
