Francis was born in Butcher Town to Violet Celesta Hankinson and Thomas Malloy. He married Phyllis Arlene Taylor on January 22, 1956, in Melrose, MT. He loved to camp, hunt, fish, travel, and spend time with his wife, children and grandchildren. After working in the dairy industry for over 36 years, he retired in 1996 as a district manager. Preceding him in death were a granddaughter, one brother , one sister, two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, five nephews and six nieces. Survivors beside his wife included: one daughter; one son & daughter-in-law; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
