She was born March 25, 1944 at Freedom, OK. She was the daughter of John and Florence Bliss. She has previously lived in Bucklin, KS.
She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and doing jigsaw puzzles with her husband, Richard.
Survivors: her husband, Richard Stone; 3 daughters, Sherry Carpenter , Melissa Langlois, Darla Stone; 1 son, Stephen Carenter, (Kelli), l daughter-in-law Lisa Carpenter :;sister Ruby Thompson, Brothers J L Bliss (Johnnie, and Richard Bliss, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Roy and Mike, and 2 granddaughters.
Memorial services were July 26, 2019 in Ford Community Church. Loretta was cremated.
