Preston Newberry, Jr., age 66, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2007.
He was the son of the late Preston Newberry, Sr. and the late Alma Draper Newberry and was united in marriage to Juanita Freeman Newberry, who survives.
Mr. Newberry was a member of Beech Grove Church of Christ. He worked at Fleetwood Homes and he was a farmer.
Survivors include daughters, Sis and Danny Denton of Benton, KY and Stephanie and Ricky Hammock of Westmoreland, TN; a sister, Marie Sneed of Whitleyville, TN; 5 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
Honorary pallbearers were Tyler Hammock, Jameson Gregory, and Nicholas Gregory. Active pallbearers were Kyle Denton, Jake Denton, Tracy Hammock, Michael Caldwell, John Crowder, and Barry Sneed.
Interment was in Anderson & Son Memorial Park in Lafayette.
