Thomas David married Annie Eddon, October 3, 1864 in England. The couple traveled with Annie's family from England to the US in October 1866. By 1870 they were living in East Salem, Oregon near the Oregon State Training School on Turner Road. Annie's sister Jane married Montgomery P. Berry, Superintendent of the Oregon State Prison who later was appointed receiver of customs for Alaska. Their son Montgomery Berry Jr., lived on the farm with his aunt and uncle David, while his father and mother were in Sitka, Alaska. Thomas David's wife Annie died in 1908 and he sold his farm to J. L. Bullock. He was living on the Bullock farm when he passed away.
