Haskell Loran Conn, 76, a 35-year Warren resident, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2000, in Mount Clemens General Hospital. He was born Feb. 21, 1924, in McAlester, Okla.

Mr. Conn retired in 1986 from Federal Mogul, where he worked for 27 years, and the Ford Motor Co. He was a member of the V.F.W. Bruce Post in St. Clair Shores, and was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in the South Pacific. He was also a grauduate of Indanola High School, Indanola, Okla.

He is survived by his wife, Anna (nee Halon),
brother, Lloyal (Maureen); sister, Yvonne (Arvin) Burns; nephew, Earl; and many other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, the Rev. Donald and Billy; and sister, Hazel Traut.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Clyne and Sobocinski Funeral Home, 22121 Kelly Road, Eastpointe, with the Rev. William H. Otten, officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
