Joyce was most famously known for her delicious and beautiful wedding cakes. Through her business of 30 years, Cakes By Joyce, she delighted everyone with her cake and flower creations, and won many awards. In 2009 she was honored and named “Artist of the Year” by the Southern Indiana Arts Council.
