Services for Martha Jane McClaran Nutting, 98, of Murfreesboro, who died Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Boulevard Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Grace Assembly of God, Woodbury, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. James Lassiter will officiate.
She was the daughter of the late Jim and Mary McClaran and the widow of Charles Warren Nutting.
She is survived by daughter Loretta Lindsey of Murfreesboro; sister, Lela Powers of Murfreesboro; and one grandchild.
A native of Eagleville, she lived in Bedford County before moving to Rutherford County in 1962. She was a retired nurse having been employed at various nursing homes.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Grace Assembly of God, Woodbury.
