BALTIMORE, MARVIN Marvin Baltimore, of North Haven, CT, age 84, died on April 28, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 18, 1930, to the late Mary (Spevock) and Harry Baltimore in Middletown, CT. Devoted husband of Isabel (Markus) Baltimore for 57 years; adoring father of Deborah (Marc) Heiberger of Randolph, New Jersey, Sondra (Warren) Cruver of North Haven, and Diane (Chris) Wuerth of Hamden; proud grandfather of Jennifer Cruver, Derek and Stephany Heiberger, Oriana, Alexandra, and Isabel Wuerth; loving brother of Rhoda Kahn, Nancy Weiner, and Norman Mazer. Predeceased by Arthur Baltimore and Gladys Cutler. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his dog Woody. He graduated from Hillhouse High School and the CT School of Electronics, and served in the U.S. Army as an MP in Korea and Japan. He owned and operated Baltimore Electronics of New Haven and Hamden for over 50 years. He was known for his innate ability to fix anything and help anyone in need. He had an insatiable love for adventure and traveling the world. He also enjoyed riding his horse Lady, and rode his Harley Davidson motorcycle until age 80. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Congregation Mishkan Israel, 785 Ridge Road, Hamden, CT.
