Obituary for Robert (Bob) Boatright
Robert (Bob) Boatright died peacefully in his sleep on May 10th, 2019. He was born on February 14th, 1938. He lived to be 81 years old.

He was an honorable man. A role model to many. Highly respected in his profession. Charitable and tender hearted, and always so smart; he gave freely with guidance, advice and help when others needed.

The love of his life was his wife Wanda Clark Boatright. They raised two great sons and had a tremendous and positive impact on so many lives in their community, church and family. He had lots of fun when he was young and greatly enjoyed being a family man.

He was a devoted husband and father, a good son, a good brother, a good uncle, and he found great peace and joy in his daughter-in-law and his grandchildren.

He was active in the Northwest Arkansas business community for over 50 years. As a young man he worked for Master Supply and Bruce Rogers. Then in 1976 he founded and operated Universal Supply Company. He spent the last 20 years of his career building Arkansas-based Airetech’s business in Northwest Arkansas. He was very proud of how big Airetech had grown by the time he retired.

For many years he was a wonderful example of leadership and compassion. He also brought many souls into the comfort of faith and the church. When reflecting on his life this detail should not be forgotten.

He was preceded in death by Ed, Orva, Raymond and Clark Boatright. He is survived by Wanda, Paul, Brooke, Freeman, Farah and Coltrane Boatright.

Farewell husband. Farewell Father. Farewell uncle and grandfather. Farewell Robert Boatright. We shall see you on the other side. He was an honorable man.

A memorial service and family reunion will be held in the future. Please call or text 479-841-7285 for details. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s Hospital 1-800-822-6344. Cards of condolence can be mailed to 2480 Indian Oaks Trail, Springdale, AR 72762
