Rudolfo was preceded in death by his wife, Petra and sons, Tony Acosta and Raymond Acosta.
Rudolfo is survived by his children, Franky, Patsy, George, Leroy and JoAnn, as well as his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Born in 1932 and lifelong New Mexico resident, Rudy lived a full and long life.
Rudy was a hard worker and took pride in providing for his family. Rudy built the family home in Corrales in 1964 where he and Petra raised their seven children.
During his stay in the ICU at the VA hospital over the weekend he knew that his heart wasn't going to last much longer and said, "Well, I lived a long life. I've had lots of good times and lots of bad times." Rudolfo said goodbye and God bless to all those who went to visit him.
There will be a rosary at the San Ysidro Catholic Church in Corrales, NM. Times and date to be determined.
