Beulah Farris, 91, died Wednesday, March 3, 1999. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Stratford Cemetery with Mike Talley, minister of Church of Christ of Stratford, officiating. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mrs. Farris was born in Coleman County where she was a longtime resident. She moved to Stratford in 1941 where she was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ. She married Dick Farris in 1926 at Coleman County. He died in 1966. Survivors include two daughters, Bobbie Farris of Dumas and Bonnie Cryer of Texhoma; four sisters, Jewell Anderson of Santa Anna, Ruby Huggins and Mary Brannan, both of Stratford, and Catherine Haney of Dalhart; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The family suggest memorials be to Coldwater Manor, P.O. Box 1189, Stratford, TX 79084.
