Carlota B. Garcia, 94, met the eyes of Jesus on May 6, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born on June 14, 1924 in Trementina, NM to the late Lucio and Josefita (Garcia) Blea.
Carlota was a longtime resident of Moriarty and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Placido Jake Garcia; brothers, John Blea, Ralph Blea and Joe Blea and sisters, Stella, Irene, and Lillie.
Carlota is survived by her son, Robert Garcia of Moriarty, NM; daughters, Corrine Rose and husband David of Canton, TX and Virginia Garcia of Albuquerque, NM and sister, Jose Salazar. Carlota was blessed with 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Garcia, Timothy Garcia, Joseph Garcia, Johnny Garcia, Briana Garcia and Kristen Jaquez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joseph Gil, Jeff Garcia and Mason Garcia.
