Ellison B Allen (Coach, Crunchy Paw Paw). A memorial service for Ellison B Allen of Prairieville, LA will be held on June 16th at The First Baptist Church of Denham Springs located at 27735 LA-16, Denham Springs 70726. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with service to follow at 3 p.m. led by Pastor Leo Miller.

Mr. Allen was born on August 5, 1947 in Brookhaven, MS. He passed peacefully on June 8, 2018. He was a 1965 graduate of Istrouma High School and a retired employee of the Department of Transportation.

He is preceded in death by his parents Smylie B and Rosie Lee Allen, three sisters Robbie Geraldine Mullins, Annie Rose Temple, and Eloise Jacobs. Preceded also by one brother Harold Lester Allen, son in law Geramy Glenn Watts, and step son Robert M Jones.

He is survived by his wife Judy Allen, two sons Troy Ellison Allen (Allison) Trent Dustin Allen (Janee), daughter Jamie Allen Samson (Chris). Survived also by nine grandchildren: Hunter, Macie, Gerad, Kallie, Kara, Carter, Parker, Jude and Eloise. Also, his children's mother and friend Janice Morrison Allen. Stepdaughters Lisa Graham (Buddy) and Ramona Jones. Nine step-grandchildren and nine step great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews and his cherished fur baby Honey Allen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to ; 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Services by Church Funeral Services & Crematory
