Funeral services for Mrs. Warren will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Thomaston with Rev. Bill Barber officiating. Burial will follow in South View Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Warren will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.
Mrs. Warren was born in Thomaston on October 29, 1939, a daughter of the late Marvin H. and Agnes Dawson Holloman. She was a 1957 graduate of R. E. Lee Institute and a 1959 graduate of West Georgia College. She was a retired bookkeeper for Rogers Cash n Carry.
Mrs. Warren was a member of the First Baptist Church and served as Sunday School teacher for the Explorers class.
Mrs. Warren is survived by her husband, Laverne Warren; two daughters, Julie (James) Galt of Marietta and Lori (Carl) Bissantz of Newnan; a son, Jeff (Kaye) Warren of Culloden; a sister, Jane Huckaby of Thomaston; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Allan Holloman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 208 South Church Street, Thomaston, GA 30286.
