Lucy I. Wysocki [nee Bejnarowicz], 94, of Syracuse passed away peacefully at Loretto Nursing Home [on Sep. 18, 2016].
She was a lovely woman, both inside and out, and touched many lives with her genuine goodness and kindness. She will be missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Lucy is survived by her three children, Lorraine O’Hara of Tennessee, Chester (Linda) Wysocki of Syracuse, and Patricia Alwyn of Syracuse, four grandchildren, Jason Wysocki, Kristen (Josh) McConaughey, Matthew Wysocki, and Peter (Jenna) Wysocki, and three great grandchildren. Lucy was predeceased by her husband, Chester S., four sisters and two brothers.
A warm heartfelt expression of thanks to Mom’s loving Loretto family who provided wonderful care and compassion over the past several years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am Wednesday at Sacred Heart Basilica, followed by burial at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Geddes.
