Frankie Yeomans Bailey, 87 of Jesup died Friday, April 5, 2019 in Cotton Grove Estates under the care of Hospice of South Georgia.

The Wayne County native attended Jesup Church of God and in her later years, House of Worship Ministries, was a retired employee of Waynline and Wayne Industrial and Bailey Drilling Company.

She loved working in her garden and sewing but her favorite pastime was spent with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Austin R. Bailey; parents, Alvin and Mozena Yeomans; infant son, David Bailey; two sisters, Jean Jones, Shirley Brannen; two brothers, Warner and Maxie Yeomans.

Survivors are a daughter, Suzanne (Larod) Bowen of Jesup; 3 sons, Randy (Sue) Bailey of McDonough, Russell (Linda) Bailey of Jesup, Alvin Bailey of Punta Gorda, Fla.; a brother, Earl (Jo) Yeomans of Jesup; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Mickey Tomberlin officiating. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be caregivers of Cotton Grove Estates and staff of Hospice of South Georgia.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 1625 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, Ga. 31545.
Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
