ABEL VINEY PASSES AWAY
The entire community was sadly grieved on Thursday morning when the sad news went out that Abel Viney had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away.
He was born on the farm where he spent the entire thirty-two years of his life.
He leaves his widowed mother, two sisters and several brothers, who with a very large circle of relatives and friends mourn is untimely death. Although not in the best of health for sometime past, his death was unlooked for.
Funeral services were held on Saturday from the home and at 10 o'clock from St. Mary's Catholic church, Belleville, conducted by Father Zingen who spoke very consoling words of comfort to his bereaved. His remains were tenderly laid to rest in St. Celestine's Cemetery beside those of his loved ones who had before him.
