She was the beloved wife of William Rule Adams who is buried next to her, and the beloved mother of William Rule Adams, Jr. She also lost a child in infancy "Rule Irving Adams" who was a "blue baby." Babies no longer die of this medical complication in these modern times. He is buried in the same lot at Fairmount.
