Preceded in death by parents, Mary and John; twin brother Lloyd; brothers, Ray, LeRoy, Tom and John. Survived by dear wife Theodora (nee Eiynck); loving children, Michael (Renee), Cynthia (Bruce) Scott, Mark, Steven, Sandra Goodfellow, and Gary; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grand-children; sister, Jeanette Kaufman and brother, James. Floyd was a kind man, helped those in need, and loved God and his family. He was an avid baseball fan, hunter, and fisherman. He worked for the City of St. Paul for 30 years, operated Andy's Disposal for 50 years, and enjoyed running his small resort since 1969. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, March 27 at the CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th St, St. Paul. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday, March 26 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N.
