Mr. Abe Neufeld, a long time well known cattleman and livestock judge, passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on May 10, 1993 at the age of 70 years. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Vi, 2 daughters, Shirley (Daryl) McLean, Judith Ellis, 4 sons, Larry (Katherine), Bob (Marg), Leonard (Margaret) and David Todd, 6 sisters and 1 brother, as well as 10 grandchildren from who he had much enjoyment in their visits. He was predeceased by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Abe was born on July 17, 1922 in Karloffka, Russia and came to Canada at the tender age of 2 years. He spent many years in rodeo as well as working on ranches in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He took great pride in judging livestock shows and was an excellent judge. Abe and Vi were married February 10, 1048 and enjoyed many happy years together. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends who knew him.
