Irene was born January 11, 1925 in Maryville, Missouri, to Clarence and Gertrude (Archer) Headrick.
She was a homemaker and worked with the office of Doctors Byland and Wempe.
Irene was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Maryville,
Rockford Community Club, Eastern Star in Maryville, Skidmore and Fairfax. Missouri, a Volunteer in the OATS Program. was first to attend 4-H Conference in Chicago, also a 4-H leader in the Graham Club.
She married Glen Renshaw in 1946, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents, her daughter Diane Smock, sisters Luella Moehring, Vera Williams and Mildred Sutter, and brothers Leland and Edwin Headrick.
Survivors include son-in-law Bob Smock, grandsons Josh (Jessie) Smock,
Travis (Katie) Smock, Chris Smock, and 9 great-grand children, sister-in-law Betty Headrick, and niece Betty and Lloyd Nelson and special friend Mary Jane Huffman.
Graveside service and burial will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 25, 2019 at Nodaway Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Scott Moon officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Price Funeral Home, Maryville, In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to First United Methodist Church or Senior Center % the OATS Program, both of Mayville.
