Died from a Heart Condition plus other health problems

married 27 Oct. 1927, Norman, Cleveland co., Ok., no children to this union

married 9 Nov. 1969, Burbank, Ca., She had a daughter Elizabeth [Beach] who took care of them in their later years.

Uncle Leonard was born 8 months before his parents 1st grandchild, a boy, Levander Mason Ball, son of his brother Ernest. They were best friends and grew up together. He was also close to his brother Jimmy and his family since that was the only sibling he grew up around.

Uncle Leonard was a big man but very lovable. In the 1960's he made jewerly as a hobby and give them to family members and friends.

As a young teenager, my mother Oriola, ran around with her uncle Leonard and brother Levander [she was 4 years younger than them]. One day at the soda shop, uncle Leonard told her that if she drink hot choclate from a straw that it would not be hot. She did and it was HOT! A wonderful story that I have always loved. Took years but she was able to finally laugh about it. A sense of humor runs in the family.

Information provided by Oriola and step-daughter Elizabeth
