Regina Bubnack March 14, 2019 Regina "Jean" Bubnack, 88, of East Syracuse passed away at home on Thursday March 14. She was a life resident of the Syracuse area and graduated from St Patrick's High School. Regina graduated from St Joseph's Nursing School and enjoyed a fulfilling career as a registered nurse at St Joseph's Hospital. She was a member of St Matthews's parish and volunteered at their Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels and provided pastoral care at St Joseph's Hospital. She valued her Irish heritage and was a longtime baseball and hockey fan. She was predeceased by three siblings, Thomas "Doc" Keating, Helen Whalen and Robert Keating. Surviving are her loving spouse of 66 years Donald Bubnack; two sons, Tom Bubnack of Albany NY, Jim (Julie) Bubnack of Syracuse; four grandchildren, Katie (John) Crotty, Betsy Bubnack, Colleen (Rob) McCary, Tim Bubnack; two great-granddaughters, Lucy & Josie Crotty; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday 10:30 a.m. at Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home and 11 a.m. In St. Matthew's Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling Hours will be held on Sunday from 3 p.m. To 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 241 Kinne Street, East Syracuse.
