Funeral for Elsie Belle Fluharty of Portland will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Caldwell's Colonial Chapel.
Mrs. Fluharty died in her Southeast Portland home Saturday of causes related to age. She was 87.
Born March 26, 1903, in Minneapolis, Minn., she was a homemaker. She also was an artist and her oils and pastels were exhibited in Ohio and Indiana.
She moved to the Portland area in the early 1960s and was active in the Sunnyside Centenary United Methodist Church. She married Arthur Fluharty on July 7, 1982.
Surviving are her husband Arthur; brother, Ellard N. ''Buzz'' Mordell of Portland; sister, Catherine Mae Burke of Portland; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Rose City Cemetery .
