BRYSON CITY - Lucille Dyer, 78, formerly of Bryson City, died Saturday, Aug. 31. 2002, in Wilson.
A native of Swain County, she was a daughter of the late John and Ruby Honeycutt Dyer. She is survived by her sisters. Nellie Frady, Jessie Cloer and Ellen Seay, all of Bryson City; brothers. Lewis, Tommy, Thurman and Kenneth Dyer of Bryson City and William Dyer of Stanley; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cold Springs Baptist Church.
The Rev. Oliver Dills will officiate with burial in the DeHart Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Crisp Funeral Home where the body will remain until placed in the church 30 minutes prior to services.
