A life resident of Syracuse, Mr. Awerdick was formerly employed by the Hoffman Packing Co. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs, Mary E. King of North Syracuse; a son, John J. Awerdick of Minoa; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Miller, and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow at the Fergerson Funeral Home, 215 S. Main St., North Syracuse, and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
