Funeral services for Mrs. Ada McLain Cowling, 84, will be held at Cage-Mills Chapel Friday with the Rev. Lowell Rynn, pastor of South Bluff Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Buford Craig, James Galloway, Clarence Hertel, John C. Green, Willard White, and A. T. Key.
Mrs. Cowling, a resident of Corpus Christi for 15 years, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George W. Truitt, in Oakland, Calif. She had resided with Mrs. Truitt for the past two years.
Surviving besides her daughter, are two sons, Kelly Cowling of Corpus Christi and L. E. Cowling of Houston.
