She was born on July 24, 1943 in Drumright, Oklahoma to the late Woodrow Wilson Carroll and Ella Iola (Lingle).
She was a member of Victory Church of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her previous husband, parents, and one sister Phyllis Rice.
She was survived by her husband Gene Jones, seven children Krista Fuller and James of Mckinny, Texas, Sam Garrett Jr and Donna of Alma, Arkansas, Tracey Goh and Daniel of Fort Smith, Scott Garrett and Melissa of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Marcy Ohm and William of Greenwood, Arkansas, Michelle Jones and Ronnie of Stillwell, Oklahoma, and Jason Crouch of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was also survived by four brothers Bobby Carroll and Barbara of Drumright, Oklahoma, Jim Carroll and Kristina of Nashville, Tennessee, Jerry Carroll and Betty of Stroud, Oklahoma, and Billy Carroll of Drumright, Oklahoma, twenty-nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 4, 2019 at Victory Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas following interment at U.S. National Cemetery at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Lewis Roberts Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Pall bears will be Wesley Fuller, Greyson Garrett, Tyler Patrick, Tyler Bradsaw, Tres Garrett, Everett Garrett, and Colton Garrett.
