Pat was born June 5, 1926 in Crockett, Texas to Charlie and Annie Beard Sharp. She grew up in East Texas and graduated from high school in Crockett, Texas. After high school, she received an associate degree in business. Pat met the love of her life William Adams Honaker while he was attending Texas A&M University. They were married on January 29, 1948. Pat and Bill made their home in Fort Stockton, on the family ranch and raised three sons. Pat was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. She was tough and strong and could do just about anything on the ranch and was extremely independent as well. In her spare time, she loved playing bridge, china painting, and finding antiques. Pat was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Fort Stockton and had an incredible faith in the Lord. Her sharp wit and great love of the Lord and her family will remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss her.
