Newspaper Clipping, AMARILLO -- CHALK MAYFIELD, Chalk Mayfiled, 67, of 3711 E. 13th, died Tuesday.

Services will be at 4 p.m. today in Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel with the Rev. Robert Brown, pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church, and the Rev. Lloyd Futch, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

Mr. Mayfield, born in Medina had lived in Amarillo since 1936. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, He had worked at the Texaco Refinery, retiring in 1977.

Survivors include his wife, Dolly of the home; two daughters, Anita Rudder of Albuquerque and Neva Parker of China Springs; three brothers, Durward Mayfield of Medina, Boyd H. Mayfield of Kerrville, and Harvey Mayfield of Helotis; two sisters, Fern Kammer of Kerrville and Eva Jean Keese of Medina: and six grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to Hospice Program at St. Anthony's Hospital.
