CHARLEY HARVEY HAMMONS

TWIN FALLS- Charley Harvey Hammons, 79, of Twin Falls, died Thursday at the Twin Falls Clinic Hospital.

He was born Sept. 17, 1900, in Ava, Missouri. He married Belle Rogers Sept. 30, 1923, in Arden, Mo. He came to the Twin Falls area in 1925 from Missouri and farmed until 1951. He and his wife have been in the bird business for over 30 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of Twin Falls; one son, Leon Hammons of Twin Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Milton (Therma) Seefried of Twin Falls; two sisters, Martha Gleason; and Mary Pettit, both of Springfield, Mo; four grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, four brothers, two sisters and one great-grandchild.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the White Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Gilbert Myers officiating. Burial will follow in the Filer 100F Cemetery. Friends may call the mortuary ??????? and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
