He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Althea Daugherty Acord; three brothers, E. A. "Bill" Acord, Cegil "Mike" Acord and Troy Acord; one half brother, Cara Acord and one sister Mrs. Marie Daugherty.
Funeral services will be Saturday at the Welsh Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sikeston Memorial Park Cemetery.
