Carol A. Juhnke
Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Riverview Abbey Funeral Home for Carol Alice Juhnke, a former Portland resident who died Friday in a Seattle care center. She was 89.
Mrs. Juhnke was born in Oregon City, where she lived for 18 years. She and her husband, Frank, owned and operated Fulton Pharmacy in Southwest Portland from 1924 to 1952. They later owned Hillsdale Pharmacy in Portland until retiring in 1970.
She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Portland.
Surviving are her son, Rodney of Portland; a daughter, Barbara Lansinger of Seattle; a sister, Eloise Lenz of San Francisco; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to Trinity Presbyterian Church, 6437 S.W. Virginia Ave., Portland 97201.
Private interment will be in Riverview Abbey.
