Robert ‘Bob' Lee Thomasson 79; of Jeffersonville; He was born in Louisville, retired from Marley Co., was a Marine veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a member of Jeffersonville American Legion and VFW Post.

He is survived by his loving (second) wife, Anna Mae Thomasson (Druin); two daughters, Helen Hacker, of Clarksville, Indiana and Joan Case, of Louisville, Kentucky: five sons, James Bird (step son), of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Robert "Bobby" Thomasson III, Michael Thomasson, George Thomasson and Timothy Thomasson, all of Louisville; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Robert Lee was first married to Patricia Marie Patterson in 1952, they divorced in November 28, 1979

Funeral services for Robert "Bob" Lee Thomasson, 79, of Jeffersonville, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at Scott Funeral Home's North Chapel, Jeffersonville. He died Sunday, March 23, 2011, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
