Obituaries
Norman E. Johnson
Norman E. Johnson, Sr., 75 of Ukiah, died Tuesday with family and friends present.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Eversole Mortuary, with Father Mike Cloney officiating.
He was born July 13, 1926 in Salt Lake City, Utah and had been a resident of the area 50 years.
He was the owner of Reliable Mill for 50 years. He married Dolores Gilehrist on Feb, 26 1949. He had 14 years of education and served in the U.S. navy during WW II.
He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Norman Jr. and Carolyn Johnson of Ukiah, John Johnson of El Cerrito, Chris and Kay Johnson of Eureka, Michael and Denise Johnson of Potter Valley and Harold and Ingrid Johnson of Ukiah. He also leaves grandchildren. Cameron Johnson of San Francisco, Beau Johnson of San Diego, Blair Johnson of Los Angeles, Jordan Johnson of Ukiah, Madison Johnson of Seattle, Jamie Johnson of San Francisco, Jesse Johnson of Moraga, Jared Johnson of Eureka, Chandra Johnson of Sebastopol, Desiree Johnson of Potter Valley, and Jacob Johnson of Ukiah. He also leaves a sister, Flora Lansing of Oregon.
