Andrew Olenik, Jr., 75, of Eutawville, SC died on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009 at the Regional Medical Center. Mr. Olenik was born March 26, 1934 in Elizabeth, NJ, a son of the late Andrew and Lillian Grossman Olenik, Sr.
He was retired from Olenik Plumbing and Heating Company. He was certified Master Plummer. A member of the International Association of Operating Engineers, Local 825.
A predeceased friend, Jimmy James Bruno. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Rushworth Olenik of Eutawville; children, Harry and Lynn Reed of Howell, NJ, Edward and Marie Reed of Millstone Township, NJ, Robert and Nancy Garcia of Jackson, NJ, Andrew Olenik, III of Howell, NJ, Gary and Elizabeth Olenik of Jackson, NJ, Larry and Kris Reed of Bordentown, NJ, Bryan and Donna Reed of Howell, NJ; one brother, Robert and Eilen Olenik of Boynton Beach, FL; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a friend, Joan Bruno.
The family will receive friends at the residence and Thompson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg, SC.
