MRS. GRACE MCAULEY: Mrs. Grace McCauley, 93, Emporia, died Monday, June 17, 1985, at an Emporia nursing home. She was born Sept. 12, 1891, at Scranton, the daughter of Roger and JoAnna Robertson McPhail. She moved to Emporia in 1955. She was married to James Arthur Drake March 10, 1913, in Topeka. He died in February, 1927. She was married to Robert McCauley Oct. 24, 1931. He died June 28, 1953. Survivors include eight sons, Dana A. Drake, James V. Drake, Kenneth C. Drake and Gordon H. McCauley, all of Los Angeles, Fred B. McCauley, Denver, Donald R. McCauley, Oroville, Calif., Charles W. McCauley, in New Jersey, and Dr. Curtis L. McCauley, Grand Rapids, Mich.; three daughters, Anna Lee Drake, Emporia and Doris Berry and Hazel Schoepflin both of Los Angeles; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services were Thurs., June 20 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia. Burial was in Scranton Cemetery at Scranton. Memorial contributions may be made to Shady Lane Manor Inc. Emporia.
