She was born in Shelbyville, IN on September 4, 1966 a daughter of the late Kathleen (Brown) and Asa Russell.

Daughter Kathy Miller
Five brothers Ricky, Lewis, Steven, Jamie and Larry Russell
Three sisters Kay Robertson, Joann Lawless, and Margaret Majors
Fourteen grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Gary Russell and sister Patricia Justice.
Funeral Services for Patty Russell will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY on Thursday Dec. 6th 1:00pm with Bro. Phillip Miller officiating,
Friends may visit after 10:00am on Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery.
