Township 47, Range 33, Section 25
"On a farm owned and occupied by (Lydia) Taylor, who came to Missouri from Ohio before the Civil War, was a community burying ground. There is only one little stone left to mark the spot where, we are told, were buried a number of early pioneers. The inscription on the stone is:
John T. Hall, b: Dec. 18, 1871, d: March 15, 1873
The land can be found in the 1877 Jackson County map book, Sctn 25, Twp 47, Rng 33 West, "Est. of Lida Taylor", etc. The cemetery used to be identified by one lone headstone that was John T Hall, 1871-1873. This was the son of their daughter Virginia Taylor who married William Lee Hall. Any info on location of this cemetery would be appreciated.
